POLITICS
The Southern Colonies are governed by a governor whom was from England. The governor was advised that the majority of the colonial legislature is made up of the planters class. People who owned land are considered to be apart of the planters class. There is not much room in this political structure because of the majority being in the planters class, but Anglicans are used to this type of structure. It is a strong central government and is made up of the economic elites of society.
